FOCUS & CONCENTRATION; THE BEDROCK OF DESTINY

Introduction:

As the case may be, focus and concentration are vital qualities that's required in life if anything of value and purpose is going to be actualized. To develop this character is to enlarge your mental capacities. For that, you're being stretched beyond the limits of your frivolities and irksomeness. 

A change in thought equals a change in habits which actualizes a change in results and outcome. Therefore, you cannot achieve excellence in your work with an irksome and lackadaisy attitude. 

For a work or labour to emerge and manifest in glory and grandour, so much toil and strength of character is required to bring forth it beauty into materialization.

"for to demand excellent result is to give in excellent attitude"

We live in a times were there's high rate in demand for that which is good and perfect. But there's a decreased pace in the rate inwhich people are willing to sacrifice their comforts and frivolities; inorder to cultivate masterly qualities and attitudes which will give birth to greatness. 

"The higher the achievement, the higher and greater the sacrifice"

But to this end, it's rather a lamentable state, that the young folks are not properply guided. They find it difficult and implausible to imbibe in their soul, the necessary ingredients for enduring successful achievement and for living as well. 

Many young folks are led astray and for that, cutting corners to achieve an aim is at the top of the agenda. 

Focus and concentration, are the unbeatable touchstones that can furnish a man's empty soul to attain a certain or particular posture and disposition. 

This posture or disposition, will in turn make him rightly placed to attain a kind of stature for excellence in the achievement of purposes.

This article is a piece for students, workers and labourers in the labour markets, employers, leaders and any individual that has legitimate purpose captured in their dreams to foster.

"Focus and concentration are pragmatic values."

The art of concentration connotes the habit of directing your attention to or laying emphasis on an object or a certain subject matter. 

Why Focus? :

Whatever the object or course of attention is. A focused individual will not act awkwardly towards it's bone of contention. 

To drift your focus to sidetracking events is to be weak in character. To truly focus, you need to practice shutting out every other events and ongoings that seeks your attention. To do this effectively, you need to resist the urge of digression and vehemently fight, every iota of temptation suggested in your mental space. 

You will fight a serious and many a times, difficult mental battles to keep a clear head. The pain that may resurface out of this brave attitude of yours may be excruciating. You may desire to yeild and give up. If this happens, you'll eventually forfeit the greatness and strength that you already started building. 

To fail or falter or fall in this battle by your yielding shows that you don't deserve to partake in the blessedness of moral excellence and the beautous glory of strength of character. 

Without such character, you don't deserve the best life have to offer.

"Life will not unfold to the man weak in character, it goodies and glory. To truly live, man must overcome the battles of the heart and mind; he must transcend weakness and frivolities and stand upon the high and glorious hills of excellence and nobility"

To fail this conquest, is to demean your self-concept. There's lack of faith component and endurance to be steadfast and stay with and on the course.

Without focus, there is no consistency; no steadfastness, no perseverance; no inspirations and motivations to strive; and therefore no results, no accomplishments.

One thing your focus on a particular course will do, is to expose you to your moral lapses. This is so, so that you can further place yourself properly to realign your commitments to your object of aspiration. Your aspiration will demand a certain kind of courage and endurance; it will demand that you yield to certain lines of sacrifices and mantain certain kinds of posture, this will in turn, convert you into a certain kind of person. 

This knowledge with furnish you with the mental readiness to adjust and fit into your purpose and aspiration. 

Where concentration is greatly demanded and also unreservedly cultivated, Revelations of the secrets of life will be unveiled to the mind.

By stern concentration, you will enter into the heart of things, that were hidden and locked in the dark and shadows. Kept and sealed away from the indolence and the lazy fellows. But where kept for the hard working; the courageous; those whose heart shines with the light of faith and purpose. 

They won't yield to circumstances, but will fight still, from dusk till dawn. The breaking of the day, and shinning stars of the morning comes with it the rich rewards of the glory of life.

The practice of concentration and it rewards:

To truly develop this habit. One must begin to practice.

How? You may ask.

You begin by starting to do it!!

Therefore, you concentrate by beginning to concentrate. 

To be more effective, wrap your thoughts around the subject matter or the object of your focus.

Draw your attention to the details around it. Contemplating rigorously about it elaborate details. This will pop up questions regarding it mysteries in your mind. And this questions when attended to, will futher draw you into the heart of the matter. 

You will begin to unfold secrets around that object of your focus, and you will begin to see patterns; inducing perceptions and insights around it details. You will begin to see things others could not see. Life opens up to you.

When you have reached this level, the genius within is calling because it's awakening. This kind of situation has demands. Sometimes, when many individuals reach this stage they whither and fall out. This is because they've refused to sacrifice for the demands of the awakening genius within them. They'll sacrifice the noble call of ingenuity rather, - which is the true rewarding substance for far reaching impacts - for indulgence and frivolities. 

Meanwhile, the ideal way to handle this condition is to take some breaks, then return to work.

However, for any one who wishes to opt out at this point, it should as well be made known to such fellow that irksomely attitude can only and will certainly produce irksomelike work, with no touch of excellence and endurance.

To elucidate futher and deeper, the clarion call of the genius within is what gives birth to originality. When you begin to perfom at this state, your works becomes original even though the principles of operations are universal.

The quickening of the genius will require the raw cultivation of moral character that sets up the stability of the heart and mind. This preliminary basic requirements are dues to the facts that, genius cannot perfom on the platform of weakness. It cannot perform it functions via the corrupt channels of the animal self. 

Appetite and desires must be curbed and curtailed for the genius to manifest in it pure form. Selfish ambitions can't work in line with that which is noble within, as this base, animal nature is weakness and rotten. 

Characters of fortitude and intrepidity will make ready, a strong platform for the display of ingenuity. Patience, faith and endurance will fight fear and moral lapsis. You will become more serious; more rugged in view; more steadfast and self controlled in your course of pursuit. 

This will open your faculties of understanding into the very secrets of life. 

When men attain this state in their field of labour, they become influencial, and also become the father of that field of work.

Any student, who by practice and experience realizes  the power of concentration, will become a genius in their respective fields of commitment.

Such a student will master the art and the science of his course. They will surely, partake in the fellowship of the mysteries.

Any business man or woman who has attained this elucidated state of ingenuity and originality, such a one will emerge as great masters and leaders in their line of labour. Such sacrifice, when yielded to, is richly rewarded by life. 

Anyone who aspires a purpose and dream, when such a fellow bestows upon his soul, the nature of the genius, these become masters and gods. They are such a one who's influence and greatness reaches the ends of the earth.

In a nutshell, anyone who seeks to live above the low things and ascends to the high things must understand focus and the strength of character. For it's said:
